Litigation Associate

Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join a respected regional law firm in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work on complex civil disputes in a team-oriented practice while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through settlement, hearing, or trial preparation.
• Prepare persuasive legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and related filings.
• Perform thorough legal research and develop factual records to support case strategy and client positions.
• Oversee discovery activities by drafting written requests, evaluating responses, and coordinating document review.
• Conduct and defend depositions while identifying key testimony and evidentiary issues.
• Represent clients at court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation-related appearances.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel throughout the life of each matter.
• Partner with senior attorneys on litigation planning, witness preparation, and overall trial readiness.
