BPE Law Group is a growing multi-state law firm focused on business and real estate litigation for small businesses, entrepreneurs, property owners, and individuals. We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney who wants more than just another job — someone who wants to build a long-term career with a firm that values initiative, client relationships, mentorship, and professional growth. This is an opportunity for a litigation attorney with 7-10 years of experience to step into substantial responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and a compensation structure that rewards performance rather than seniority alone.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a California-licensed attorney with strong experience handling all phases of litigation, including: Law and motion practice Taking and defending depositions Court appearances and case strategy Mediation and settlement negotiations Trial preparation and trial advocacy Managing litigation files from inception through resolution Mentoring and training junior attorneys The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, practical in advising clients, and motivated to help grow both their practice and the firm. Experience in business litigation, real estate litigation, partnership disputes, contract disputes, construction-related matters, or related commercial litigation is strongly preferred. We offer:

Base compensation of $150,000
