Litigation Attorney

Foundation Legal Group is seeking experienced contract attorneys to serve as local litigation appearance counsel in the following geographic areas: Memphis, Tennessee Nashville, Tennessee Knoxville/Chattanooga, Tennessee Jackson, Mississippi We are seeking separate attorneys for each market/region and are not expecting one attorney to cover all listed areas. These attorneys will appear on behalf of the firm for litigation-related matters, which may include: Motion hearings Status conferences Scheduling conferences Contested hearings Simple bench trials and related appearances This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking flexible contract-based litigation work while maintaining their own practice or other professional commitments.

Compensation:

Attorneys will be compensated as independent contractors/contract labor. Hourly rates and appearance fees will be negotiable based on: Level of litigation experience Courtroom experience and competency Geographic area and travel expectations Scope and frequency of coverage

Preferred Qualifications:
