Job Description

Litigation Associate Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm with a growing presence in Denver, is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join its expanding disputes practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-value matters with meaningful responsibility and direct client engagement. The practice includes a significant focus on energy-related disputes and commercial litigation, with opportunities for courtroom exposure and hands-on case management. The firm fosters a collaborative environment and offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Work closely with clients on strategy, risk assessment, and negotiations Utilize discovery and case management tools to efficiently handle complex caseloads Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience in complex commercial or industry-focused disputes Background handling matters involving natural resources, property rights, or related regulatory issues is strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and large-scale document management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Active Colorado bar admission required Compensation & Benefits Base salary expected to range from $185,000 - $205,000, depending on experience Eligibility for performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off About the Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a well-established national platform known for its strong litigation bench and entrepreneurial approach to growth.
