Litigation Attorney All About People, Inc - 3.9 Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Writing skills Mentoring Legal case management Bar Full Job Description Litigation Attorney Our client is seeking litigation candidates with 5+ years of experience in all phases of civil litigation. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. A portable business book is preferred. Our diverse litigation practice includes contract, real estate, tort, and commercial litigation. An ideal candidate is proactive, organized and has excellent writing and communication skills. Appellate or Federal Court clerkship experience preferred. Must commit to exceptional client service, be able to manage all aspects of litigation, and mentor younger attorneys. Our firm has a great team atmosphere, the best clients, and a wide variety of interesting work. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy and risk assessment Oversee discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes Negotiate settlements when appropriate Prepare witnesses and clients for trial Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements Ability to mentor and support junior attorneys Qualifications Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience Excellent writing and communication skills Experience with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Discretionary annual bonus and monthly bonus incentives Employer-paid medical, dental, vision coverage for employees Retirement plan with ROTH feature Paid time off and professional development opportunities Full-time position.
