Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney We are a boutique firm that is strategically growing. As we prepare for expansion in 2026, we are looking for a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience who wants to do high-level work. We offer a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere where expertise and autonomy are respected and your contributions directly impacts clients and the firm. We are not looking for someone to just fill a seat; we need a practitioner. You will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from initial intake through trial. This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of litigation and thrives when given independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil litigation files from inception to resolution. Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials. Take and defend depositions with confidence. Negotiate settlements that align with client goals.

Who You Are Experienced:

You have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience. This role is not intended for recent graduates.

Admitted:

You are an active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.

Tech-Savvy:

You are proficient with electronic research and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Autonomous:

You can pivot between independent work and collaborative brainstorming sessions.

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
