Litigation Attorney - Marlton, NJ

Litigation Attorney - Marlton, NJ Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-sized insurance defense firm, is seeking an attorney with three or more years of civil litigation experience, specifically in the defense of third-party automobile matters, to join its Marlton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have experience with New Jersey no-fault and insurance law, civil discovery practice, and courtroom appearances. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates should be prepared to submit writing samples demonstrating strong analytical and legal writing skills. Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to practice in New Jersey Three or more years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on defending third-party automobile matters The salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$120,000.00, commensurate with experience.
