This position is well-suited for an attorney with prior family law experience who is looking to further develop litigation skills within a structured, professional, and client-focused environment. The firm is recognized for delivering strong litigation outcomes and maintaining a culture centered on professionalism, accountability, and client advocacy . Key Responsibilities Represent clients in civil, commercial, and family law litigation matters Draft and review motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials Conduct case evaluations and develop effective legal strategies Maintain consistent, clear, and professional client communication Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail, organization, and timeliness. Qualifications Active Michigan Bar License (required) Family law experience as a practicing attorney (advantage) Minimum of one (1) year of litigation experience Demonstrated strength in courtroom advocacy and legal writing Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
