Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill's client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced contract Litigation Attorney to support their team. This role is best suited for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who can step in quickly and handle substantive work with minimal oversight.

Location:

Remote, Seattle preferred, open to West Coast candidates (California, Washington state, Oregon)

Start:

ASAP Duration:

6 months, with potential for extension

Hours:

40 hours per week

Pay:

$80-$93/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Active bar license in good standing in state of residence (CA, WA, OR) 5+ years of litigation experience Strong drafting, discovery, and case analysis experience Deposition experience required (will not be appearing in court or taking depositions) Ability to work efficiently and independently Comfortable using AI tools Bonus experience includes bankruptcy court, Ponzi schemes, financial institution or financial services litigation, white collar defense, and investigations Responsibilities may include: Analyzing cases and assessing merits, risks, and weaknesses Communicating and negotiating settlements Drafting complaints, demand letters, discovery, and motions to compel Preparing deposition outlines Supporting partners on litigation strategy and case development Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
