Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our growing legal team. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution while collaborating with experienced attorneys on complex legal matters. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong courtroom experience, excellent legal writing skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through final resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and settlement documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Represent clients in state and, where applicable, federal court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials. Advise clients regarding litigation risks, legal options, and case strategy. Negotiate settlements and work toward favorable resolutions. Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and third parties on complex matters. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives as appropriate. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. Experience handling civil litigation/commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Courtroom experience, including drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team. Pay:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
