Madison, New Jersey Salary:
$140K - $170K, depending on JD year
Must Haves:
JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice and experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. 2 years of experience with personal injury and premises liability The Position My client is seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice and experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. 2 years of experience with personal injury and premises liability Experience in commercial litigation and civil litigation is a plus. Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions preferred. Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus. Superior written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated success in maintaining billable hours goals.
