This is a hybrid position based in Bernardsville, New Jersey, offering flexibility while maintaining regular connection with our litigation team and clients.

Job Description Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through trial. Manage auto, general liability, construction, products liability, and property damage cases. Conduct discovery, depositions, examinations under oath, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, reports, and client communications. Analyze liability, damages, exposure, and case value. Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and courts. Manage deadlines, case strategy, trial schedules, and billable time requirements. Work independently while collaborating with a strong litigation team. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing. 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Must have completed at least five civil trials. Insurance defense experience required. General liability and construction litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong writing, analytical, communication, and client service skills. Ability to manage a litigation caseload in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable traveling for trials, hearings, depositions, and related case work.
