A prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of solid mergers and acquisitions experience to join our sophisticated and highly regarded corporate practice . Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A transaction documents, and ancillary agreements Lead or support M&A deals, including due diligence, transaction management, and closings Collaborate with team members and junior associates to ensure smooth execution Conduct legal research and draft memos or summaries as needed

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of corporate transactional legal experience in a law firm required Proven track record of handling M&A transactions from start to finish Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate and deal-related documents Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
