Ready to play a key role in shaping attorney growth and career success at a premier law firm ? We're seeking a Manager of Attorney Development to drive high-impact talent initiatives , including leadership transitions, performance feedback programs, coaching, training, and professional development strategies for attorneys across the firm. This is a unique opportunity to partner with firm leadership, influence the attorney experience, and help build innovative programs that support career progression and long-term success. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years experience in Human Resources (attorney development preferred), exceptional relationship-building skills, a creative approach to problem solving, strong project management skills, and a passion for developing talent in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Based in Boston or New York , this role offers competitive compensation (up to $160,000 in Boston and up to $170,000 in New York), bonus eligibility, a hybrid work model , and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a highly respected organization.
