Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marital and Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all aspects of marital and family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, paternity, adoption, and domestic violence cases. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client goals. Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes when possible. Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences. Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients while managing expectations. Maintain accurate and timely case management records.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Florida. years of experience practicing family law preferred. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive family matters. Why Join Us?
