ROLE SUMMARY

KEY REQUIREMENTS
2+ years handling personal injury matters in mass tort cases (preferred). Medicare lien resolution experience. Experience working with large dockets of clients in mass tort actions. Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and others over the phone and in person (required). Outstanding organization and communication skills (required).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES
A self-starter, able to take initiative and be responsible for seeing the job through. Adapts to technology/applications including case management software to manage matters. Competent to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities to deliver timely results. Able to exercise sound judgment to make appropriate decisions with your team. Assertive with an aptitude for operating with a high degree of emotional intelligence in interfacing with your clients, your team, and others within the firm. Ethically responsible and understands the legal and ethical obligations of the profession. Capable of adhering to firm policies and procedures
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: JD from accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction
