This is not one of them. I am working with a very good Jacksonville firm that is looking to add a Medical Malpractice Associate to its litigation team. The work is serious, the standards are high, and the people are genuinely decent. That combination is rarer than it should be. This would suit an attorney with at least 4 years of litigation experience and meaningful medical malpractice experience. Not just the odd healthcare adjacent file. They need someone who understands the pace, detail, records, experts, and pressure that comes with defending these cases properly. You would be joining a team that is well regarded, supportive, and busy for the right reasons. There is good work here, but also good people around you. That matters when the files are heavy and everyone is trying to get through the week without pretending law firm life is always glamorous. What's on offer Medical malpractice defense work with real substance A strong Jacksonville platform Hybrid working Good partners who are approachable and involved A team that values judgment, communication, and calm under pressure The chance to keep developing as a litigator without feeling like just another billable unit What they need At least 4 years of litigation experience Meaningful medical malpractice experience Strong writing and case management skills Experience with discovery, depositions, experts, records, and motion practice Someone who can handle responsibility without needing to be chased every five minutes Florida Bar admission This is a good one for someone who likes medical malpractice work but wants the right environment around it. Better people. Better support. Less nonsense. If this sounds close to what you have been looking for, feel free to apply and I will be in touch. Or, if you would rather have a quick confidential conversation before sending a resume, you can reach me on LinkedIn or call me directly on +1 786 891 0610.
