Kinney Recruiting is assisting a Long Island-based regional law firm on a search for a litigation associate with four (4) or more years of experience. While the attorneys are still on a hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule, the ideal candidate would be able to commute to the firm's headquarters in Great Neck, NY. Associates in the litigation practice work on a large range of business litigation matters including healthcare-related litigation, business litigation, cybersecurity breach investigations and litigation, and others. Experience litigating in New York State courts is essential. Candidates are required to be admitted to practice law in New York. A good faith estimate of this position's compensation package is $145-150k base salary. Associates are also incentivized to earn hours-based bonuses, performance bonuses, and origination credit.
