Job Description

Overview The New York Dog Bite Lawyer, PLLC is New York's only dog-bite-exclusive plaintiff firm. We operate statewide, handling client acquisition, marketing, and intake so our Of Counsel partners can focus entirely on what they do best — litigating cases. We are also the Official Dog Bite Attorneys of the Long Island Ducks and run ongoing statewide campaigns, keeping our case pipeline consistently active. The Opportunity This is not a job. It's a revenue relationship built for attorneys who love litigation but are tired of chasing leads. We generate and sign the clients. You litigate the files. It's that simple. We are expanding our Of Counsel network and looking for solo practitioners and small PI firms across New York who want a steady stream of signed cases without the overhead of marketing, intake, or client screening. What You Get Signed litigation files delivered to you — no advertising spend required Predictable supplemental revenue on top of your existing practice Flexible case volume based on your availability and capacity No intake staff, no lead costs, no screening time Niche strategy support and collaboration from our team when needed Typical Case Work Drafting pleadings and motion practice Discovery and depositions Settlement negotiations Court appearances and trial as needed Who This Is For This opportunity works best for: Solo practitioners building or growing a PI practice Small personal injury firms looking for consistent case inventory Experienced litigators who want to focus on law, not marketing Attorneys who are tired of paying for leads or referrals Requirements Minimum 3 years of New York personal injury litigation experience Ability to independently manage and handle case files Active New York State bar license in good standing Compensation Compensation is structured as a fee-sharing arrangement through an independent contractor / Of Counsel relationship and does not include traditional employee benefits
