In this role, you will provide legal guidance on immigration matters, assist clients with visa applications and removal defense matters, and help individuals navigate complex immigration processes. This position offers a flexible remote schedule for qualified candidates eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of immigration law while gaining valuable experience within a modern and growing multi-division law firm. This role also offers strong long-term growth potential , including the opportunity to expand into additional weekly hours and potentially transition into a long-term full-time attorney position as the firm continues to grow. Responsibilities Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, asylum, citizenship processes, and removal defense. Review legal documentation and filings prepared by support staff related to immigration applications, petitions, and supporting evidence Prepare or review motions, briefs, advisals, declarations, evidence lists, legal correspondence, and related filings as assigned by the Managing Attorney Represent clients in administrative hearings, interviews, and court proceedings as needed and based on scheduled availability, including occasional appearances outside regularly scheduled consultation hours subject to attorney availability•15 hours weekly.

Monday:
1:00 PM•5:00PM PST Wednesday:
2:00 PM•5:00PM PST Friday:
2:00 PM•5:00 PM PST Additional weekday morning immigration hearing appearances may be assigned as needed and based on agreed scheduled times. Consultation blocks without scheduled clients may be utilized for: case reviews, legal analysis, drafting, motions practice, and case advancement tasks. Requirements Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required Ability to work independently and remotely Immigration law experience strongly preferred but willing to train new attorneys Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, motions, and client correspondence Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Join us if you are passionate about making a difference through dedicated legal service!
