Job Description

We are hiring junior and mid-level associates to join our patent litigation practices focused on high technology and life sciences. Opportunities are available in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica , Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices. Candidates should have 1-6 years of experience in patent litigation. Strong academic performance, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, is essential. While a degree or industry background in high technology or life sciences is preferred, it is not required. We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Applicants must be admitted to the bar in the state of the office to which they are applying, or be eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar examination. This is a hybrid position.
Seniority:
1 -​ 6 years of experience in patent litigation experience
Work Experience:
Experience at a leading corporate firm (top AmLaw); Experience representing patent holders and alleged infringers.​
Education:
Superior academic credentials (top law school,​ high GPA).​
Hard Skills:
Barred in the state of the office applied for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.​
Soft Skills:
Excellent oral,​ written,​ and interpersonal skills.​
