Per diem Attorney (New York Bar Admitted)

Job Description:

Per Diem / Freelance Personal Injury / Immigration / Defence Attorney (NY Bar Required) We are seeking a highly experienced and courtroom-ready Per Diem Personal Injury Defence Attorney to handle court appearances and litigation assignments for our Personal Injury Defence practice . This role is ideal for an attorney looking to grow their own practice , with the flexibility to take on consistent case assignments from our firm. We offer steady work, flexible hours, and a supportive litigation environment.

Compensation :

We pay a range: 250$ to 300$ per hearing. This figure is negotiable depending upon your experience.

Responsibilities Court Appearances:

Handle motion arguments, preliminary conferences, compliance conferences, oral arguments, and other court proceedings.

Individual Hearings:

Independently manage depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other pre-trial matters. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of litigation experience (required). Must be admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing . No J.D. or LL.M. . Strong experience in personal injury litigation , preferably on the defense side. Proven ability to independently handle court appearances and depositions. Strong oral advocacy, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Ability to work flexible hours.
