Personal Injury Attorney

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including car accidents, slips and falls, and workplace injuries. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to build strong case strategies. Draft detailed legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel. Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and other parties to maximize client compensation. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with confidence and professionalism. Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals and accident reconstruction specialists to strengthen cases. Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions. Proven experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of litigation processes from investigation through trial. Excellent research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms. Strong writing skills for drafting persuasive legal documents and reports. Demonstrated negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements for clients. Knowledge of related practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, securities law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, patent law, land use & zoning laws is a plus.
