Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will advocate for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or other liable parties. Your expertise will help clients secure rightful compensation while ensuring the highest standards of legal practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in personal injury law, working in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and client advocacy. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation when necessary Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather essential information for case development Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing attorneys to maximize client compensation Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence, developing legal arguments, and coordinating with expert witnesses Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and current licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong understanding of litigation procedures and negotiation tactics Familiarity with a broad range of legal areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents and correspondence Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw or LexisNexis to support case development Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Legal administrative experience including managing case files and court filings Join our team if you're passionate about advocating for clients in personal injury cases!
