Base salary:

$150,000

Bonus:

Percentage of fees collected

Compensation:

$150,000 Base salary

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution Advise clients, consult with experts, and build a case strategy early Communicate directly with opposing counsel and insurance carriers Prepare and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions Manage case timelines and deadlines in coordination with your support staff

Qualifications:

5+ years of personal injury litigation experience

• this is required, not preferred Active Texas Bar license in good standing D. from an accredited law school Deep knowledge of PI law, wrongful death, and civil litigation Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and client communication skills A collaborative mindset
