Experience and knowledge of personal injury law and CT civil procedure is required. Great communication skills required. Basic technical and software skills required (specifically MS Office Suite/Word/Excel/Adobe Pro).
Tasks would include:
Drafting correspondence and demand letters; Drafting interrogatories; Case management, including communicating with clients and insurance companies; Basic motion drafting and e-filing; Managing/auditing medical records/billing requests; Trial/arbitration/mediation/depo prep. My needs are about 25-30 hours a week. Can be flexible with your schedule and hybrid in person and remote work model available depending on comfort level with technology solutions.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
