Pre-Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury West Hollywood, CA Full-TimeHybrid$150,000 - $300,000 /yr Posted May 14, 2026 An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 10 years in practice is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 2-5+ years of experience in personal injury to join their team on a hybrid basis. This Attorney will manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, guiding clients through the early stages of the legal process while working toward favorable resolutions prior to filing suit.

Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation, with a focus on pre-litigation matters preferred Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve matters efficiently and favorably Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution Evaluate liability and damages to develop case strategy and assess settlement value Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to achieve favorable pre-litigation settlements Draft and send demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guide them through the pre-litigation process Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely collection and review of medical records and evidence Monitor deadlines and ensure all pre-litigation activities are completed within applicable statutes of limitations Identify cases requiring litigation and coordinate seamless transition to the litigation team when necessary Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401K, PTO For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
