Job Description:
Seeking a part time motivated and detail-oriented Georgia-licensed Probate Litigation Associate Attorney to support an active probate and estate litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling contested probate matters, court appearances, motion practice, and discovery, while working both independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys. Key Responsibilities Attend probate court hearings, status conferences, and contested evidentiary hearings Draft probate petitions, motions, objections, caveats, and responsive pleadings Handle discovery, including interrogatories, subpoenas, and requests for production Assist with depositions, litigation strategy, and trial preparation Work on fiduciary and estate disputes involving executors, trustees, guardians, and beneficiaries Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy Qualifications Active license to practice law in Georgia 5+ years of probate litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to independently manage contested probate matters This is 100% remote. Pay Schedule (DOE) - $40-57/HR.
