Professional Liability Associate

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a motivated attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Uniondale, Hackensack or New York City locations. Candidates with experience in professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters are strongly preferred.

Position Highlights:

Qualifications:

Admission to the New York Bar (required if practicing in NY) Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required if practicing in NJ) Strong legal research and writing skills Experience managing discovery, including document review and drafting responses Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)

Compensation:
