We are a fast-growing medical-legal services organization dedicated to supporting physicians in delivering high-quality, unbiased medical evaluations for workers' compensation cases. We provide end-to-end administrative and operational support so you can focus on what you do best—medical evaluations.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced physicians who are either already certified as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) or interested in becoming certified in the state of California. This role is ideal for licensed doctors looking for a flexible, lucrative opportunity in the med-legal field.

QME Exam Preparation Support:
If you're not yet a certified QME, we'll fully prepare you for the California QME certification process. We provide guidance, study resources, and step-by-step assistance to help you pass the QME exam with confidence.
Back Office Management:
We handle all administrative tasks so you don't have to, This includes :• Appointment scheduling, Billing and collections, Report formatting, analysis and submission, Case management and communication with attorneys and claims adjusters .•
Flexible Scheduling:
You are in complete control of your schedule. Set your own availability and locations (if applicable), and we'll take care of the rest. Perfect for those looking to supplement income or transition out of traditional clinical roles. Requirements:
Active and unrestricted California medical license (MD, DO, DC, DPM, or PhD in Psychology depending on specialty) Interest in or current certification as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in California Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain impartiality and produce high-quality med-legal reports Basic familiarity with workers' compensation or willingness to learn Preferred (but not required): Prior experience conducting medical-legal evaluations Experience writing or reviewing med-legal reports
