Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our growing boutique practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on work, direct client interaction, and managing transactions from start to finish in a fast-moving but supportive environment. This position can be fully remote- flexible schedule! Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate residential and commercial real estate purchase agreements, addenda, and related transactional documents Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing Conduct title and survey review and resolve title and curative issues Review closing statements, escrow instructions, and related documents Communicate directly with clients, real estate agents, lenders, escrow and title companies, and opposing counsel Advise clients on transactional risks, timelines, and strategic considerations Ensure compliance with California real estate laws and local customs Assist with post-closing matters as needed Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with the California State Bar 3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law Strong understanding of California real estate contracts and closing procedures Ability to independently manage multiple transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Client-focused mindset with a polished, professional demeanor What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Reasonable billable expectations with an emphasis on quality work Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility Collaborative, collegial firm culture Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm Flexible work schedule- can be remote or hybrid How to Apply Please submit your resume to Brianna.
