Job Description

We are partnering with an established mid-sized business law firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role is remote and offers an exciting opportunity to work on a complex intellectual property litigation matter that is approaching trial. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in federal litigation and trial preparation, coupled with a deep understanding of discovery processes and legal research.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Prepare trial proceedings, including drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
  • Handle federal discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and motions.
  • Provide expert guidance on e-discovery and document review procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations throughout case management.
