We are a plaintiff-side litigation firm in Franklin, Tennessee, fighting for clients in their worst moments — bad faith insurance disputes, personal injury, workers' compensation, and child custody cases. We are small by design, aggressive by nature, and serious about doing excellent legal work for people who need it. We are looking for a senior associate attorney who has built and is ready to do. No rainmaking expectations. No partnership politics. No origination pressure. You show up, litigate well, serve clients with excellence, and get paid fairly for it. If you are an experienced trial lawyer who wants to practice at a high level without the overhead of running your own shop — this was written for you.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 base salary, Total compensation up to $120,000 through KPI-based performance bonus. Full-time, in-office — Franklin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

Work on extremely interesting cases with very good clients Handle depositions and hearings independently across all firm practice areas Manage active caseloads in personal injury, bad faith/insurance litigation, workers' compensation, and child custody Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Work alongside the principal attorney on complex and high-value litigation matters Operate within the firm's case management and automation systems Communicate proactively with clients throughout the life of their matter

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience Demonstrated deposition experience — must be able to conduct and defend without supervision Child Custody courtroom experience (juvenile court, chancery, circuit) Comfort with legal technology and case management software

Preferred:

Trial experience Bad faith or insurance coverage background Experience with AI-assisted legal workflows

Compensation:
