Prominent national defense firm is expanding and seeking a Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel for their growing office in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: General Liability, Construction Defect, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Habitability, Public Entity Defense, Employment, Professional Liability, Auto, Medical Malpractice, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Products Liability, Complex Commercial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• JD
• Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in CA.
