Robert Half Senior Attorney/Partner Wellesley, MA Apply Description Our client, a successful full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Tax and Estate Planning Attorney/Partner to join their firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth while building your own practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting. Location:

Wellesley, MA Base Salary:

$130,000 - $170,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote) with flexibility

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of tax and estate planning matters Handle complex business tax issues, including entity structuring and transactional planning Represent clients in tax controversy and litigation matters, as applicable Design and implement comprehensive estate plans, including trusts and wealth transfer strategies Manage probate and estate administration matters Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development efforts and collaborate on firm growth initiatives

Requirements Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar LL.M. in Taxation preferred Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: Business tax matters, tax litigation/controversy, estate planning, and probate and estate administration Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently Portable book of business highly preferred, but not required Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in partnership Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
