What You'll Do Handle sophisticated intellectual property litigation matters from inception through resolution Represent clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related commercial disputes Develop litigation strategy and provide practical business-focused legal counsel Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive filings Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and work with expert witnesses Collaborate with highly experienced intellectual property attorneys on complex matters Build and maintain strong client relationships Participate in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the practice Mentor junior attorneys and support team development Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar admission and ability to practice in Washington Significant intellectual property litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Experience managing complex litigation matters and client relationships Trial experience or substantial deposition experience preferred Demonstrated business development experience is a plus Attorneys with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply Why This Opportunity?
