In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help navigate complex legal landscapes, draft and negotiate critical agreements, and manage litigation matters with confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth while maintaining the highest standards of legal integrity and excellence. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice on diverse areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, patent law, and personal injury cases. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents to ensure clarity, enforceability, and alignment with organizational policies. Conduct detailed legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and regulatory compliance efforts. Manage and oversee litigation processes involving general & commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law cases, and procedural law matters. Prepare legal motions, pleadings, and case files while maintaining meticulous case management records. Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to statutory legal requirements. Stay current on evolving laws and regulations affecting the organization's operations across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice in relevant jurisdictions. Extensive experience in general & commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law cases, estate planning, environmental law or related fields. Proven expertise in legal negotiation, contract drafting, legal research (using LexisNexis and Westlaw), and procedural law knowledge. Strong background in handling complex legal motions and managing multiple cases simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to interpret statutes and regulations accurately while providing clear guidance to stakeholders. Excellent writing skills with a track record of producing high-quality legal documentation and administrative experience in a law office setting. Familiarity with patent law, tribal regulations, securities law, workers' compensation laws or family law is advantageous but not mandatory.
