This position is ideal for a motivated professional who can work independently, manage an active caseload, and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, professional with clients, and experienced in all aspects of Texas family law litigation. Responsibilities Manage family law cases from inception through trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Prepare inventories and appraisements, Financial Information Statements, and other financial documents Organize and analyze financial records and discovery Maintain case deadlines and ensure compliance with court scheduling orders Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and experts Assist attorney with trial preparation and litigation strategy support Ensure compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable local court rules Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of Texas family law paralegal experience preferred Significant experience handling high-conflict family law litigation Experience with high net worth divorce cases strongly preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong case management and organizational skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery Strong understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Skills Trial preparation experience Experience reviewing and organizing large volumes of financial records Familiarity with e-filing systems and legal case management software Strong attention to detail and professionalism with sensitive client matters Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
