Salary Range:

$131,400.00 - $197,100.00 Job Purpose Drives effective legal strategy for warranty litigation matters, with a primary focus on California, to reduce financial exposure, improve case outcomes, and address increasing litigation complexity through proactive risk management and cross-functional collaboration. Key Accountabilities Litigation handling and strategy Legislative support Training of Honda associates Other business requirements as needed Qualifications, Experience, and Skills J.D. from an ABA accredited law school California state bar admittance Minimum 8-10 years major law firm and/or similar in-house experience 3+ years with primary emphasis in warranty litigation Intimate knowledge of Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act Must demonstrate superior skills and excellent time-management and reporting abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good people management and presentation skills required What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
