The Lawyer We Are Looking For We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with 8-15+ years of litigation experience who understands that great verdicts and settlements are built long before trial. The attorney we hire is not simply a litigator. They are a trusted advocate and leader.

Responsibilities Independently manage litigation matters from filing through resolution Conduct plaintiff and defense depositions Lead mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts Develop liability, damages, and case-supporting evidence Handle motion practice Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy Help shape litigation strategy on significant injury matters Mentor junior attorneys and staff Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement Strengthen a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service Qualifications Active Washington State Bar membership 8-15+ years of litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas Significant deposition experience Demonstrated litigation autonomy Strong client counseling skills Exceptional judgment and professionalism Commitment to client-centered advocacy Proven ability to earn trust and take ownership Desire to contribute beyond individual case production What Success Looks Like Success is not measured solely by verdicts, settlements, or file count.

Compensation Base Salary:
