We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to high and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments About You We seek entrepreneurial, motivated wealth advisors who: Have an exemplary track record of client service and client retention Are committed to fiduciary excellence Are growth-oriented and results-oriented Desire an opportunity to work with a top-tier professional team Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and advice Lead the creation, implementation, and ongoing refinement of integrated wealth plans (investment, tax, estate, retirement, and risk management) Oversee portfolio strategy and asset allocation in alignment with client objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term plans Collaborate with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance advisors, etc. ) to deliver coordinated, holistic solutions Proactively identify planning opportunities and risks across all aspects of a client's financial life Drive client engagement through regular reviews, performance reporting, and education on evolving strategies and market conditions Contribute to business development efforts through referrals, centers of influence, and supporting the firm's organic marketing and sales strategy Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of relevant wealth management experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CFP® designation required ; additional designations (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA) highly desirable Skills & Traits Deep understanding of HNW client needs and complexities (e.g., trusts, philanthropy, restricted stock) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be highly productive and autonomous Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft Office; experience with Schwab/Fidelity platforms is a plus) High integrity, client-first mentality, and results-oriented approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (W-2) Commission-based incentives tied to new asset growth and firm profitability Full benefits package, including: 401(k) with match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible hybrid work schedule Why Join NEPWA?
