What You'll Do Represent clients through all stages of the Social Security Disability process, including initial applications, appeals, and hearings. Prepare persuasive briefs, arguments, and documentation to support client claims. Work closely with clients to gather case information, explain legal options, and keep them informed every step of the way. Collaborate with our support team to ensure every case receives attentive, thorough preparation. Maintain current knowledge of Social Security regulations and agency procedures. What We're Looking For Licensed Attorney in good standing (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity). Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Security Disability law.
