You'll advocate for individuals seeking financial stability through Social Security Disability benefits—combining sharp legal analysis with genuine understanding and client-centered communication. What You'll Do Represent clients through all stages of the Social Security Disability process, including initial applications, appeals, and hearings. Prepare persuasive briefs, arguments, and documentation to support client claims. Work closely with clients to gather case information, explain legal options, and keep them informed every step of the way. Collaborate with our support team to ensure every case receives attentive, thorough preparation. Maintain current knowledge of Social Security regulations and agency procedures. Embody the LaBovick Law Group mission by treating each case with empathy, professionalism, and care. What We're Looking For Licensed Attorney in good standing (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity). Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Security Disability law. Strong advocacy and communication skills. Compassionate, client-first approach to legal representation. Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and mentor others.
