About Us:
The Busch Law Group is a boutique educational law firm experiencing growth and seeking to fill three attorney positions at varying levels of experience. We offer a congenial work environment and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Senior Associate Experience Required:
5+ years of experience; litigation preferred
Responsibilities:
Must have a strong litigation background, including trial litigation experience, preparation of motions and discovery demands/responses, depositions, and court appearances.
Preferred:
Public entity law experience and Board meeting attendance, advice and counsel.
Requirements:
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience and ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. Superior writing skills and strong research skills. Attention to detail with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently with School Administrators and Board members providing strategic legal advice. and fostering strong professional relationships.
