Strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and communication skills
Demonstrated interest in public interest law and serving underserved communities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel within the service area, as needed
Prior legal internship, clerkship, litigation, or public interest experience preferred
Spanish language proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation
