Job Description
STAFF ATTORNEY- Protection & Advocacy System, Inc., a non-profit organization, is seeking a FT attorney in Cheyenne with experience as a practicing attorney. Emphasis will be on civil rights of persons with disabilities. Juris Doctorate degree, member in good standing of the Wyoming State Bar. If licensed in other state, immediate pursuit of license in Wyoming at hire. Federal background check required. Caseload management, research, policy development, litigation support, and some travel required. This is a fully on-site role located in Cheyenne, WY to start. Hybrid remote possible after 6 months.
