The Role:

You'll:

Examine title and draft title opinions Perform curative work Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects ✅

What You Bring:

✔️ Active West Virgina Bar license ( Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus! ) ✔️ 2-4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work ✔️ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred ✔️ Eagerness to take on more responsibility , including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds ✔️ Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills ✔️ A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism 💼
