The position is expected to have in-office presence, with flexibility depending on experience, performance, and firm needs. Note Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New Hampshire and have Trust & Estate experience, including estate planning document drafting. Our Trust & Estate team handles sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, business succession planning, charitable planning, and related tax matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. Confidential Employer. Job Description Draft a full range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents. Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Assist with federal estate and gift tax issues connected to estate planning and administration. Work directly with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals to move matters forward efficiently. Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical written work product. Support families, fiduciaries, business owners, and individuals through important planning and administration decisions. Participate in a collegial practice environment with mentoring, client contact, and business development support. Qualifications 1+ years of Trust & Estate experience. New Hampshire Bar admission required. Experience drafting estate planning documents required. Probate and trust administration experience preferred. Business succession planning and charitable planning experience preferred. Federal estate and gift tax familiarity preferred. Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent academic credentials preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, clients, and outside advisors.
