Northern and Southern CA law firm is seeking an experienced full time Workers Compensation Attorney A prominent California law firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its expanding workers' compensation defense practice. Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (JD). Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California. Workers compensation defense experience Strong legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Demonstrated commitment to proactive case management and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full defense of workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution. Handle all phases of discovery and litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with clients, including insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and briefs. Develop case strategies and provide timely updates to clients. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
