Salary Range:

$125,000 - $175,000 + bonus Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Litigation Associate to join its California team. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience handling a diverse caseload while working within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Work On:

Defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters Managing cases from evaluation through resolution Conducting discovery and preparing case strategy Attending workers' compensation hearings and proceedings Communicating directly with clients and providing case updates Supporting litigation efforts across employment-related matters

What We're Looking For:

Active California Bar admission 1+ year of workers' compensation experience preferred (not required) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Strong communication and client management skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively JD from an ABA-accredited law school
