Job Description

Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, memorandum, petitions, doctor depositions, and pretrial documents. Interaction with expert witnesses, defense attorneys, and doctors to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, affidavits and depositions. Attendance and preparation for depositions, hearings, court appearances and trial appearances. Qualification Law degree An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association Workers' compensation experience plus but not necessary, will train Ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals with this law firm Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
